Certainly disbelieve who say.. 'verses'

5:15 O followers of the Book! indeed Our Messenger has come to you making clear to you much of what you concealed of the Book and passing over much; indeed, there has come to you light and a clear Book from Allah;
5:16 With it Allah guides him who will follow His pleasure into the ways of safety and brings them out of utter darkness into light by His will and guides them to the right path.
5:17 Certainly they disbelieve who say: Surely, Allah-- He is the Messiah, son of Marium. Say: Who then could control anything as against Allah when He wished to destroy the Messiah son of Marium and his mother and all those on the earth? And Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them; He creates what He pleases; and Allah has power over all things,

( I only follow that..) verse

10:15 And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them, they who look not for the meeting with Us say: Bring a Lecture other than this, or change it. Say (O Muhammad): It is not for me to change it of my accord. I only follow that which is inspired in me. Lo! if I disobey my Lord I fear the retribution of an awful Day.

Verse of the day

To people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)

5:68 "Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! You have nothing (as regards guidance) till you act according to the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to you from your Lord (the Qur'an)." Verily, that which has been sent down to you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from your Lord increases in most of them (their) obstinate rebellion and disbelief. So be not sorrowful over the people who disbelieve".

6 years after the earthquake of Algiers

In this day before 6 years, Algerians experienced a very hard moment, when a powerful earthquake ripped through Algiers and its surroundings. killing hundreds of people and leaving tens of thousands homeless.
This event sifted the righteous from the "false" and the "occasionally" believers. In those days we saw the universities and the streets changed dramatically. Many women beame covered, many mosques became full. But after few days the "false" worshippers shifted to the way they were living before. The life is but a trial, poor is the one who doesn't comprehed the real meaning of this life. 40 : 39: "O my people! This life of the present is nothing but (temporary) convenience: It is the Hereafter that is the Home that will last. And, 35:21 " Every soul shall have a taste of death: and We test you by evil and by good by way of trial. to Us must ye return."

41. Waqala irkaboo feeha bismi Allahi majraha wamursaha inna rabbee laghafoorun raheemun

Hadith of the day

Prophetic Commentary on the Qur'an (Tafseer of the Prophet (pbuh))

Narrated Abu Huraira:
One day while Allah's Apostle was sitting with the people, a man came to him walking and said, "O Allah's Apostle. What is Belief?" The Prophet said, "Belief is to believe in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Apostles, and the meeting with Him, and to believe in the Resurrection." The man asked, "O Allah's Apostle What is Islam?" The Prophet replied, "Islam is to worship Allah and not worship anything besides Him, to offer prayers perfectly, to pay the (compulsory) charity i.e. Zakat and to fast the month of Ramadan." The man again asked, "O Allah's Apostle What is Ihsan (i.e. perfection or Benevolence)?" The Prophet said, "Ihsan is to worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you do not achieve this state of devotion, then (take it for granted that) Allah sees you." The man further asked, "O Allah's Apostle When will the Hour be established?"
The Prophet replied, "The one who is asked about it does not know more than the questioner does, but I will describe to you its portents. When the lady slave gives birth to her mistress, that will be of its portents; when the bare-footed naked people become the chiefs of the people, that will be of its portents. The Hour is one of five things which nobody knows except Allah. Verily, the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (alone). He sends down the rain, and knows that which is in the wombs." (31.34) Then the man left. The Prophet said, "Call him back to me." They went to call him back but could not see him. The Prophet said, "That was Gabriel who came to teach the people their religion." (See Hadith No. 47 Vol 1)

The Qur'anic Phenomenon

Bennabi's reformulation of the Qur'an's miracle within the wider philosophical and historical context of the religious phenomenon and prophetic movement is quite unique. It invites the mind to a different reading of human religious history and a different understanding of the human condition that goes far beyond the mere concerns of Muslims.

Malek Bennabi (or Malik Bin Nabi) (or Malik bin Nebi) (Arabic: مالك بن نبي‎) was a prominent Algerian thinker (1905 – 1973). He wrote about human society, particularly Muslim society with a focus on the reasons behind the fall of muslim society.

What Did Islam Teach Us About Pork & Other Dangerous Diseases?

Modern Science Gets Answers From Islamic Teachings (1,400 years ago)

Eating Pork - Does it give you "Swine Flu"?

Does eating the meat of the pigs (lahm khanzir) cause someone to get the "Swine Flu"? The answer is clear....

Read this article and put your mind at ease. Swine Flu is dangerous - but there are some things to avoid....
Although it is forbidden for Muslims to eat anything from the pig -
And consuming pork or any product that comes from pork is forbidden -

"Fact: Swine flu does spread among the pigs by direct and indirect contact.
So do be careful of touching them or letting them touch you."

There is no evidence that it is transmissible to people through eating pork or any other products obtained from pigs. If pork is properly cooked, it will not transmit the virus, which is destroyed at a temperature of 160°F/70°C.

What is swine flu?

Swine flu is an acute respiratory disease caused by type A Influenza virus which infects pigs. It spreads among pigs through direct and indirect contact. Its incidence increases in winter and fall, although present all year round. Swine flu normally infects pigs. However, the virus can cross the species barrier to infect humans.

What are the signs and symptoms of swine flu in people?

Symptoms of swine flu are similar to those of seasonal Influenza and range from asymptomatic cases to fatal pneumonia.

Symptoms might include, fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue, as well as diarrhea and vomiting in some cases. It can also worsen chronic diseases already present.

How do people catch swine flu?

People usually catch the infection directly from infected pigs and places contaminated with the virus.

Human to human infection is also documented. In this case, the infection is thought to spread the same way as seasonal flu, through airborne particles.

How long can an infected person spread swine flu to others?

The person should be considered potentially contagious as long as he/she is still symptomatic for a period of up to seven days. Children might be contagious for a longer duration than this.

What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?

1. Wash your hands with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing.
(Muslims wash more than five times a day for their prayers, before and after eating, and anything that soils the hands or face)

2. Avoid direct contact with sick people.
(Islam teaches us about this)

3. Always use a tissue to cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze, and discard the tissue immediately after that.
(Islam teaches us to cover our face when sneezing with the right hand and to say "Al Hamdulillah")

4. If you catch the flu, stay at home, and avoid contact with others. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth to prevent further spread of infection.
(Islam teaches us to quarrantine ourselves when there is an outbreak or epidemic).

What are emergency signs? According to the CDC:

In children, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:

-Fast breathing or trouble breathing
-Bluish skin color
-Not drinking enough fluids
-Not waking up or not interacting
-Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held
-Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough
-Fever with a rash

In adults, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:

-Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
-Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
-Sudden dizziness
-Confusion
-Severe or persistent vomiting

Are there available medications to treat swine flu?

Antiviral drugs can be of use by keeping the virus from reproducing in the body. It will make the patient feel better faster, and make the illness milder. It can also prevent serious complications. The sooner the antiviral drug is taken, the better the outcome.

Is there a human vaccine to protect from swine influenza?

Not yet. This is because influenza viruses mutate very quickly, which will not allow adequate matching between the circulating virus and the vaccine virus. Current flu vaccines based on WHO recommendations do not include the swine flu virus.
